It's time to make the most of this one, precious life that you have. Here's how you can start:
I help my clients with two main things: to make decisions and to gain clarity in any meaningful area of their life.
By the time some folks come to me, they’ve played out multiple “what if” scenarios in their head and are so overwhelmed by the options and possible outcomes that they don't know how to move forward.
For others, they know in their gut that they're not where they're supposed to be, but they have no idea what else there is to do and they’re scared that they're wasting their life away.
As a clarity coach, I help them define for themselves what it is they actually want and I help them identify the concrete steps they can take using what they already have to make those desires and dreams a reality.
No, coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care. Therapy focuses on mental health and emotional healing (typically with a focus on the past and present) while clarity coaching focuses on setting and achieving personal, professional, and relational goals; evaluating current actions, habits, and behaviors; and really digging into the motivations behind what you're working towards and looking to achieve.
While I occasionally host and participate in live workshops, panels, and other speaking events, all 1:1 sessions are done virtually via Zoom. For more information about the format of my programs, visit https://www.dianaramorris.com/coaching.(https://www.dianaramorris.com/coaching)

After earning my M.Ed. from Vanderbilt University and my B.A. from Boston College, I spent nearly a decade at some of the top colleges and universities in the country working in policy administration, student development, and student accountability. Long story short, my own experiences combined my academic background and professional experiences have shown me firsthand what it takes to define and refine goals, identity, and expectations in the face of what you "should" be doing and who you "should" be (and P.S. this discovery process doesn't just end once you hit "the real world"). I'm proud to say that I've helped hundreds of students, postgrads, and professionals at a crossroads identify exactly what it is that they want and what it takes to get there.
